Kwan Jang Nim Greg Fears

Master Instructor / Owner

Under the teaching of Grand Master Joon P. Choi, Tae Kwon Do competitions took Greg around the world. He is a Three-Time World Champion, and was the first American to compete for Gold in two consecutive World Tae Kwon Do Championships. He began teaching at the Police Athletic League (P.A.L.) over 20 years ago, prior to opening his own school, and he is a 14-Year Veteran Columbus Police Officer. He currently serves as an Advisory Member of Arnold Schwarzenegger's After-School All-Stars (ASAS) Columbus Board and oversees the ASAS martial arts program for the Columbus area. Greg is a 7th Degree Black Belt and CDT Certified Technical Master Instructor. He has owned and operated the Columbus school for the past 15 years, and serves as the Director of Midwest Schools for the Ernie Reyes' Association.

Tom has been a student of KJN Greg Fears for 10 years, and currently is a 4rd Degree Black Belt. He has served as the Chief or Head Instructor for the last 7 years. Tom is also a full-time attorney during the day.

Lonny has studied under KJN Greg Fears for 6 years and is a 2nd Degree Black Belt.  She serves as a Primary Instructor and the Program Director for the Columbus School. Inspired to compete by KJN Greg, she has won 30 Gold, 8 Silver, and 4 Bronze Medals in Forms, Weapons, Sparring and Breaking in over 17 different tournaments in the last 3 years, and was awarded Best Tester 2006 for her 1st Degree Black Belt.

Chogyo Nim Erika Mayle

Primary Instructor

Erika has been a student of KJN Greg Fears since she was 12 years old. She serves as a Primary Instructor and Office Assistant.
